Coast RTA is a recipient of federal funds and must comply with all regulations in FTA circular 4220.1F regarding procurements involving a third party contract. Coast RTA complies with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) rule in Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26. DBE vendors are encouraged to participate in all solicitations.

Purchases between $2,501 and $10,000 require three written quotes. All formal solicitation notices expected to exceed $10,000 are published in SCBO (South Carolina Business Opportunities) at www.mmo.sc.gov/MMO/spo/MMO-state-contracts.phtm.
