Purchases between $2,501 and $10,000 require three written quotes. All formal solicitation notices expected to exceed $10,000 are published in SCBO (South Carolina Business Opportunities) at http://www.mmo.sc.gov/MMO/spo/MMO-state-contracts.phtm.
